甘薯质膜相对透性和水分状况与品种抗旱性的关系 被引量:18

Relationship Between Relative Penetration of Plasmalemma and Water Condition Under Water Stress and Drought Resistance in Sweet Potato

摘要 对水分胁迫下甘薯植株质膜相对透性(RPP)和水分状况与品种抗旱性关系的研究结果表明,水分胁迫下不同甘薯品种叶片的RPP和水分饱和亏(W SD)均明显增大,叶片相对含水量(wRW)、自由水与束缚水含量比值(wf/wb)及藤叶与块根含水量比对照均不同程度下降.wRW与品种抗旱性呈极显著正相关(r=0.908 0,P<0.01),RPP、W SD、wf/wb及块根含水量的相对值与品种抗旱性均呈极显著负相关(r=-0.679 7^-0.893 7,P<0.01),藤叶含水量的相对值与品种抗旱性间的相关性不显著(r=-0.367 5,P=0.177 8).因此,除藤叶含水量外,其余指标均可用于甘薯品种抗旱性的评定. The relationship between the relative plasmalemma permeability (RPP), water conditions under water stress and drought resistance of different sweet potato cultivars were studied. The results showed that under water stress, RPP, water saturation deficit (WSD) in leaves increased obviously,relative water content (wRW), ratio of free water and bound water (w1/wb ), and water content in vine and earthnut all decreased in different extent. wRW correlated significantly positively (r = 0. 908 0 ,P 〈0.01 ) to drought resistance, and the relative values of RPP,WSD ,w1/wb and water content in earthnut all correlated significantly negatively (r =- - 0. 679 7 ~ - 0. 893 7, P 〈 0.01 ) to drought resistance. The correlation of water content in vine and leaf to drought resistance was not significant (r = -0. 367 5 ,P =0. 177 8). Therefore, except for water content in vine and leaf, all indices in this parer can be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different sweet potato cultivars.
