IL-1β对体外培养不同时期的小鼠早期胚胎发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)对体外培养不同时期的小鼠早期胚胎发育的影响。方法收集ICR小鼠2-细胞胚胎,连续培养96h,观察IL-1β对不同发育时期的早期胚胎的影响。结果在胚胎发育的4细胞期、8细胞期加入IL-1β可以提高囊胚发育率(P<0.05),但不增加孵化率(P>0.05);在胚胎发育的8细胞期加入IL-1β,囊胚发育率高于在胚胎发育的2细胞期、4细胞期时加入IL-1β的囊胚发育率(P<0.05),但孵化率也不增加(P>0.05)。结论在着床前不同发育阶段的胚胎,对IL-1β的需要是不同的,并随着胚胎的逐渐发育对IL-1β的需要有增加的趋势。 Objective To study the effects of IL - 1β on two - cell mouse embryos cultured in vitro in various stages. Methods Two - cell embryos collected from ICR - mice were cultured for 96 hours, then the effects of IL - 1βon development of embryos in various stages were observed. Results Administration of IL - 1βin 4 - cell and 8 - cell stages of embryos increased hlastocyst rates (P〈0.05), but did not enhance hatched blastocyst rates (P〉0.05); blastocyst rates of IL - 1βin 8 - cell stages embryos were significantly (P〈0.05) higher than that of IL - 1βin 2 - cell and 4 - cell stages embryos, but did not also enhance hatched blastocyst rates (P〉0.05). Conclusion Demand of IL - 1βin preimplantation embryos in various stages is different, and there is an increasing trend with the development of embryos.
