摘要
研究了不同时效参数和变形量对Cu-Ag-Zr-Ce合金性能的影响。结果表明:合金在940℃×20min固溶后,在480℃时效1h能获得较高的显微硬度和导电率;时效前冷变形能大大加快第二相的析出,使其性能得到显著提高。固溶后合金经60%变形后在480℃时效30min时,可以获得良好的综合性能。同时与Cu-Ag-Zr合金相比,其抗软化温度也提高了约70℃。
The effects of different aging parameters and deformation on properties of Cu-Ag-Zr-Ce alloys are studied. The results show that higher electrical conductivity and microhardness can be obtained for the alloy after solution at 940℃ for 20 rain and aged at 480℃ for 1 h. The process of precipitation of the secondary phase can be accelerated by cold deformation before aging, which greatly improves properties of the alloy. Aging at 480℃ for 30 min after 60% cold deformation, better properties can be obtained. At the same time, the softening temperture of the alloy increases about 70℃, compared with that of Cu-Ag-Zr alloy.
