摘要
针对水轮发电机组故障原因与症兆之间的复杂关系,充分利用综合监测数据和领域专家的经验知识,采用数据驱动和基于知识的目标驱动控制的正反向推理方法进行诊断.研究了基于数据库管理系统的模糊知识库设计,为知识库的建立、维护、扩充和完善提供了一种实用方法.研究了模糊推理算法,以加权模糊推理进行多种信息的融合,解决了故障诊断中不确定性问题的求解.建立了水轮发电机组故障诊断模糊专家系统.诊断实例结果表明,该系统推理效率高,可信度好,满足了水轮机组故障诊断的有效性和实用性要求.
According to complicated relationship between hydro-generator set's fault cause and its symptoms, comprehensive utilization on-line monitoring date and experience knowledge were used. A diagnosis method of date drive and back and forward chaining reasoning on the basis of the target drive control of knowledge was adopted. A design of fuzzy knowledge debase in accordance with management system was studied and an applied method was provided for establishment, maintenance, expansion and perfect of the knowledge debase. Fuzzy reasoning method was studied and amalgamation of kinds of information was done by fuzzy reasoning of weight. The uncertainty in the cause of fault diagnosis was settled and fuzzy expert system of fault diagnosis of hydro-generator set was developed. A practical example was given to prove that the expert system was highly reasoning efficiency, good reliability and satisfied to the requirement of fault diagnosis effectiveness and practices.
