A chemiluminescence detection of hemoglobin with high sensitivity

研究了在碱性介质和阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下，牛血红蛋白催化鲁米诺-铁氰化钾的化学发光行为和化学发光反应的条件，提出一种流动注射-化学发光法测定牛血红蛋白的新方法．该方法测定牛血红蛋白的线性范围为5．18×10^-10～1．29×10^-6 mol／L，r^2=0．9985；检出限（RSN=3）为1．2×10^-10 mol／L；回收率为（100±10）％；dRSD≤5％（n=6）．

The chemiluminescence（CL） characteristics of Hemoglobin（bovine） was studied using flow injection method. The experimental conditions for the Luminol-potassium ferricyanate-hemoglobin-CTMAB CL system were optimized. According to the relations between CL intensity and hemoglobin concentration, a new method was established for the determination of Hemoglobin. The linear range for Hemoglobin was 5.18×10^-10～1.29×10^-6 mol/L, r^2 = 0.998 5; the detection limit was 1.2×10^-10 mol/L（RSN = 3）and the recovery range was between 90 % and 110 % and RSD was lower than 5 %（n=6）.
