摘要
本文研究了带约束条件的两类矩阵最佳逼近问题．给出了这两类问题的解．并说明了［１］［２］［３］［４］中所研究的问题是本文所讨论问题的特例．
The paper dealt with two problems of the best approximation of matrix with the constrained condition.and indicated that problems studied on [1] [2] [3] [4]ars the special examples of the problems involved in this paper.
