摘要
本文采用正交试验的方法研究了Ni-P-SiC化学复台镇液中SiC微颗粒加入量、SiC粒度以及镀液的PH值.施镀温度和镀后热处理五个因素对化学复台镀居的耐磨性能的影响趋势,并由此获得制备具有优异耐磨性能的Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀层的工艺方法.通过对比试验.
By the method of orthogonal test.the influence of five factors. the quantity of SiC particles addedin electroless plating solution, SiC size. PH value of the solution, plating temperature and subsequentheat treatment,on the wear-resistance properties of the composite coating are sudied,and thereforethe process to prepare the electroless Ni-P-SiC composite coating with high wear--resistance properties is acquired. The contrastive experiments show that the composite coating is well qualified for takingthe place of Hard Chrome.
