摘要
本文对深层渗硼泥浆泵缸套失效的原因进行了分析．金相、扫描电镜观察结果表明：硼化物脆性大、机加工表面光洁度偏低以及存在孔洞等铸造缺陷是导致渗硼层发生脆性剥落，加剧磨粒磨损，造成缸套失效的主要原因．
This paper dealt tvith failure analysis of the boronned cylinder.By the observation of metallographyand scanning electron microscope .it was show n that the main causes of failure of the cylinder were higher brittleness of boride .lower surface finish and Such cast defects as air hole on the surface.which resulted in britlle peeling of boride layer and increase of abrasive wear.
