摘要
目的探讨住院患者护理满意度调查的最佳方式,以获取准确信息,为做出科学的护理管理决策、改进护理工作提供可靠依据。方法采取问卷调查的形式,设置满意度调查箱和由病区护士、护理部管理人员、住院部设专职人员分别进行调查,并对所得结果进行比较分析。结果不同的调查方法所获得的结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以在住院部设专人调查结果最真实、可靠。结论住院部设专人调查是一种较好的护理满意度调查方法。
Objective To explore the best means to survey hospitalized patients' satisfaction to nursing care,so as to acquire exact information and provide reliable guidance for scientific nursing management decision making and the improvement of quality of nursing. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate patients' satisfaction via four different survey means respectively, including survey box, survey by ward nurses, survey by nursing administrators in nursing department, and survey by staff who were specially assigned for the investigation. The data were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant difference in the results among different survey means ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Assigning specific surveyor was the most exact and reliable survey method. Conclusion Assigning specific surveyor is a better method to investigate patients' satisfaction to nursing care.
