运用情景模拟训练提高护士沟通能力的实践及效果分析 被引量:117

摘要 目的提高护士与患者的人际交往沟通能力。方法采用分层抽样法选取79名护士,将她们随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40人,对照组39人。观察组护士在常规护理工作中进行情景模拟训练,对照组在常规护理工作中未实施情景模拟训练。观察期3个月。用患者对护士沟通能力评价表、护士沟通能力自我评价表评价情景模拟训练效果。结果患者对护士的沟通能力评价和护士的自我评价,观察组与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论情景模拟训练有助于提高护士与患者的人际交往沟通能力。 Objective To improve nurses' communication ability. Methods 79 nurses were sampled with stratified randomly sampling method and were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 40) and the control group ( n = 39). 40 nurses in the observation group were provided wlth scenario training for three months. The patient - rated form of nurses' communication ability and self - rated form of nurses' communication ability were used to evaluate the effect of training. Result There was significant difference between the two groups towards both of the patients' evaluation and the nurses' self - evaluation( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The Scenario training is helpful to improve nurses' communication ability.
