摘要
采用独特的相对论电子束泵浦手段成功地首次观测到碱金属卤化物及稀有气体-碱金属体系离子型准分子Xe+Rb,Kr+Rb,Kr+Li等以及碱金属卤化物离子型准分子Cs2+F-等11种新型准分子的真空紫外辐射,并在世界上首次实现了至今未能实现的Na2的紫带,K2的黄带和Rb2的红带准分子的受激发射,为电激励金属准分子激光器的开发奠定了基础。
Aimed at understanding the characteristics of the electrical excitation of of ionic alkali-halide and rare-gas alkali excimers, which are ideal candidates for lasers at short wavelengths, and achieving new tunable and high-power excimer lasers, this paper reprots on the experimental observations of the ionic excimers and alkali dimers by realtivistic electron beam excitation.
