Protoplasts isolated from hook section of 64-hour -old mung bean hypocotyl were cultured in B5P1 medium supplemented with 0.2mg/L 2, 4-D, 1mg/L NAA and 0.2mg/ L BA. The first cell division was observed after 24h incubation, which resulted in formation of cell clusters and small callus.
