摘要
目的:对植物紫穗槐的染色体数目、核型、体积等进行了研究。方法:采用常规制片方法,结合显微摄影对染色体的数目进行统计分析。结果:紫穗槐体细胞染色体数目2n=40,相对长度组成2n=40=18M2+22M1;核型K(2n)=4X=40=30m+8 sm+2 st;全体染色体总长28.53μm,长臂总长17.18μm,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为60.22%,属于“2A”型,全体染色体总体积为17.85μm3。结论:紫穗槐体细胞染色体的数目、核型、体积等清晰准确,可为进一步的深入研究打下基础。
Objective:To study Amorpha fruticosa L.chromosome number,karyotype,volume.Methods: Sections combined with micrograph were used to analyze chromosome.Results: Amorpha fruticosa L.normal diploid 2n =40;the relative length was 2n=40=18M_(2)+22M_(1);karyotype formula was K(2n)=4X=40=30m+8sm+2st;which belong to '2A' type;the total length of chromosome groups was 28.53μm;the total length of long arms was 17.18μm,the AS.K% was 60.22%;the total volume of chromosome was 17.85μm^(3).Conclusion: Amorpha fruticosa L.chromosome number,karyotype,chromosome volume morphological character etc show clear.
