防风汤抗炎作用的实验研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory Effect of Fangfeng Decoction in Animals

目的:观察防风汤的抗炎作用。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加及小鼠棉球肉芽组织增生的方法,观察防风汤的抗炎作用。结果:防风汤大、中、小剂量组的鼠耳肿胀度、腹腔伊文思蓝的OD值均比蒸馏水组小,差异显著(P<0.01);防风汤大、中剂量组的肉芽肿的重量比蒸馏水组小,差异显著(P<0.01),小剂量组的肉芽肿的重量与蒸馏水组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:防风汤具有抗炎作用。

Objective： To investigate the anti - inflammatory functions of Fangfeng decoction in animals. Methods： Pimethyl benzene was used to make swelling of the mouses ear worse, acetic acid to make the permeabitity of blood capilaries. The anti - inflammatory function of Fang - feng decoction was observed. Results： Fangfeng decoction has the inhibition effects on the swelling of the mouse＇s ear caused by dimethyl benzene, on the granulation caused by cotton - ball and on the permeability of blood capilaries caused by acetic acid（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Fangfeng decoction has the anti - inflammatory effect.
