抗日战争时期中国西北地区工业化思想述论

The Theory of Industrialization of China’s Northwest Region during Anti-Japanese War

“九一八”事变之后,国人痛感东北之沦丧与民族之危机,开始关注西北地区。国民政府曾设想依靠西北为长期抗战的后方根据地,并以开发西北相号召,希望促进西北经济的发展,以增强抗战的力量,西北地区工业化的问题随之提出。时人对西北地区的工业化问题进行了充分的探讨,其中许多真知灼见在今天看来仍不无启发意义。

With the shamed feeling of losing China＇s Northeast and the national crisis, Chinese people started to pay attention to the development of Northwest Region after the ＇9·18＇ incident. Kuomintang＇s government had hoped to propel the Northwest development in order to enforce the Anti-Japanese＇s power by developing on the Northwest as basement. Therefore, a trend to do research on the Northwest Region＇s exploration had come into being and it is still very important and meaningful to today＇s research.
