采写《山西抗战口述史》过程中对若干历史问题的再认识

Re-examination of Some Issues in the Process of Compiling <Oral History of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in Shanxi>

口述史是通过当事人的讲述,在对相当数量的访谈资料进行整理、研究、分析的基础上,对一定的历史问题给予符合实际的说明,并给予本质上的解释和对事物客观规律的认识。口述的方法可以补史,可以证史,可以修正甚至改变人们对历史已有的思维模式,这就是它的价值所在。已经出版的《山西抗战口述史》在一些方面起到了上述作用。通过实地采访中得来的最新的一手资料,就抗战的几个主要问题从理论再到实践展开论述,以期对抗日战争得到更深入的认识和理解。

It is oral history that interprets some historic issues objectively and essentially, based on the research and analysis of lots of illustrations made by the persons concerned. The value of oral history lies in its function of finding new historical facts, testifying some conclusions and changing our thought style in history research. The published 〈Oral History of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in Shanxi〉 has demonstrated these advantages. According to the resources from these series of books, we will re-examine some issues on WRJW in order to gain a dearer understanding of WRJW.
