土地政策与农民增收的相关性探析

土地政策与农民增收具有相关性。改革开放初期,土地政策的变革使农民收入增长很快,但是20世纪80年代中期以后,土地政策对农民增收的正面效应减弱,负面效应增加,农民收入增幅徘徊不前。目前,土地政策对农民增收的影响力发挥不够,必须采取有力措施,完善土地政策及其他相关政策,使种地农民收入持续地、更多更快地增长。

Land policies have interrelation to peasant＇s increasing income. Land policy＇s ehange made peasants＇ income increase very greatly in the initial stage of the reform. Land policies＇ good effects have weaken and bad effects increased after the middle stage of the eighties of the 20th century. Peasants＇ income paces up and down. We must take powerful measures and perfect land policy and other interrelated policy to make peasant＇s income have a sustained increase.
