对丧偶老人同居现象的法律思考

Reflections on the Phenomenon of the Old Widowed Persons Living together from the legal Point of View

目前,中国的丧偶老人同居已成为一种较为普遍的社会现象,也早已成为一个亟待解决的社会问题。其实,同居是丧偶老人的一种无奈的选择,同时也暴露出我国现有的法律制度的不完备性。全社会对此应予以高度重视和正确看待。为构建和谐社会,我国应设立老人同居法律制度,作为婚姻家庭制度的有效补充。

At present, the phenomenon of the widowed old persons living together has become a kind of general phenomenon in China. It has been a social problem urgently to be solved. In fact, it is a hopeless choice for the widowed old persons to choose living together without legal marriage registration.It indicates the defect of existing legal system. The whole society should give great attention and treat it correctly. To construct harmonious society, country should set up legal system for widowed old persons living together as the effective supplement of the system.
