体外循环所致脑损伤的监测和治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,外科手术、麻醉、体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)技术快速发展,心脏手术的成功率大为提高。但脑损伤仍是CPB手术中重要的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。术中监测脑氧饱和度、脑血流和脑损伤的血清标志蛋白可以预测脑损伤的发生。术中改进一般管理(温度、血糖等),应用特殊措施(过滤、超滤等)及可能起到脑保护作用的药物,一定程度上减轻了脑损伤。本文就脑损伤监测、预防和治疗作一综述。
