摘要
企业是人力资本与非人力资本契约的联合,企业组织的人力资本是企业竞争优势的真正源泉。组织人力资本的形成是一个不断循环往复的创新和组织学习过程,这个过程不仅需要个人知识和技能的必要储备以及及时有效地获取外部信息,更重要的是对人力资本主体的激励。人力资本的产权特征和组织依赖性决定了人力资本非激励不能为企业创造价值,激励性契约是组织人力资本形成的必要条件。
The enterprise is the unity of human capital and non - human capital contract. The human capital organization is the real resource of the enterprise' s competitive superiority. Organizational human capital is a learning course formed by continual innovation and organization. Such course needs the necessary storage of individual knowledge and skill and timely getting outside information, what more important is to inspire the main body of human capital. The property right feature and the organization dependence nature of human capital decide that only human capital cannot create value for the enterprise without inspiration. Inspiring contract is the necessary condition for the form of human capital.
