摘要
现代政治文明是以宪政为核心的政治文明,是以正义、民主、权利为核心理念,以法治为载体的政治文明。公共理性作为理性在公共领域的应用,保障了公民的平等自由,同时也是构成宪政制度的理性前提,是公共权力应用的理性基础。因此,公共理性是现代政治文明的理性基础,政党政治也应该要有公共理性的向度。
The modem politics civilization takes constitutional system as its core, law as its carrier, based on the concept of justice, democracy and right. As the application of the reason in the public realm, the public reason is different from any other comprehensive doctrine. Thepublic reason which guarantee the equality and freedom of citizens, is the reasnable foundation of the application of public power and formation of the constitution. Therefore, public reason is the reasonable foundation of modem politics civilization, and party politics should have something to do with public reason.
