在改革开放的进程中,为促使中国政治权威的转换,邓小平从改革党和国家高度集权的领导体制入手,通过建立权力交接制度、废除干部领导职务终身制、反对和禁止任何形式的个人崇拜宣传以及坚定不移地推进法制建设等项措施,实现了中国政治权威由超凡魅力型向“准法理型”的转换,为21世纪中国政治现代化的建设和发展奠定了基础。
