我国人口城市化制度创新问题探析

Research on the System Innovation of Population Urbanization's in Our Country

人口城市化不仅要以工业化发展为前提,还和人口城市化进程的各项制度安排密切相关。我国原有的城乡分割的户籍制度,就业制度、社会保障制度及农村土地制度等已成为了阻碍人口城市化进程的障碍,亟待进行制度创新。

The population urbanization not only regards the development of industrialization as the prerequisite but also closely related with every system arrangement during the process of it. The systems that already existed in our country which cut apart in our urban and rural areas such as the systems of Household Register, Employment, Social Security, Rural land, etc. have become the hindrance of population urbanization＇ s development and are urgently to be innovated. This paper plans to carry on preliminary exploration to this question.
