摘要
当前高校青年教师薪酬管理的问题主要表现为对内公平性不够、对外缺乏竞争性、对个体激励性不足等,本文对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了建立科学绩效考核体系、引进宽带薪酬、对青年教师实施最低年薪制等解决办法。
The problems of the university compensation management for young teachers mainly appear to be insufficient equity for inners, lacks of competition for outers, as well as inadequate encouragement for individuals. This paper tries to analyses these problems and puts forward some useful suggestions, such as raising the proportion of performance pay in the whole salary, establishing a scientific evaluation system, introducing broadband compensation system, .combining direct salary with indirect salary, carrying out the lowest annual salary system and etc.
