丹参挥发油成分的分析

Analysis of Volatile Oils in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.

目的分析丹参挥发油成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油并通过气相色谱-质谱技术对挥发油成分进行分析鉴定。结果共鉴定出35种成分,占挥发油总成分的86.34%。结论丹参挥发油主要化学成分为正十六酸、正二十烷、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯等。

Objective To analyze constituents of volatile oil from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. by GC-MS. Methods The volatile oil from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was through steam distillation. The constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. Results 35 compounds were separated and identified, which accounted for 86.34% of total volatile oil. Conclusion The main constituents in the essential oil from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. are Hexadecanoic acid, Eicosane, 1,2-Benzendicarboxylic acid, his （2-methylpropyl） ester.
