脉络灵片的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Study of Mailuoling Tablet on Animals

目的研究脉络灵片抗血栓形成、抗血小板聚集以及对脑组织毛细血管通透性和血液粘度的影响。方法采用电刺激大鼠颈动脉血栓形成法、ADP诱导血小板聚集法、伊文思蓝浸出法观察脉络灵片的药效作用。结果脉络灵片具有显著的抗大鼠体内血栓形成作用;并对ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集具有明显的抑制作用;同时明显降低脑缺血引起的毛细血管通透性的增加以及大鼠血液粘度。结论脉络灵片对脑血管疾病具有明显的改善作用。

Objective To study the effects of Mailuoling Tablet on antithrombosis, anti-platelet aggregation, the brain capillary permeability and hemorheology. Methods Thrombosis in vivo was established by using electrical damaged carotid artery, platelet aggregation was induced by ADP, and Evans blue was extravasated. The Pharmacodynamic of Mailuoling Tablet was observed. Restilts Mailuoling Tablet has markedly functions of antithrombosis in vivo, and significantly inhibits ADP - induced platelet aggreation, and decreases the higher permeability of brain capillary - induced cerebral ischemia and blood viscosity. Conclusion Mailuoling Tablet could significantly improve cerebral vascular disease.
