摘要
目的对酸枣仁中脂肪酸的组成和含量进行测定。方法采用索氏提取法提取其脂肪酸,再进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行了分离和鉴定。结果由酸枣仁中分离鉴定出17种脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的95.33%,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的80.20%,饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的15.13%。结论酸枣仁中脂肪酸的主要组成是不饱和脂肪酸。
Objective To determine the fatty acids in seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Methods The seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. was extracted by Soxhlet extraction. The fatty acids in the oil were esterified by sodium hydroxide - methanol, and then analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Results 17 fatty acids were identified in the seed of Zixyphus jujuba Mill, the contents of the identified fatty acids made up to 95.33%, the unsaturated fatty acids were 80.20% and saturated fatty acids were 15.13%. Conclusion The main components are unsaturated fatty acids in seed of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.
