摘要
目的对止泻子及其混淆品进行了傅立叶变换红外光谱快速鉴别。方法对止泻子及其两种混淆品的红外光谱进行了比较。结果3种药材粉末的红外光谱各异。结论因此红外光谱鉴别法可用于蒙药材的鉴别。
Objectlve A rapid method was used to identify holahhena antidysenterica wallexapg and its false herbal materials by Fourier- transform infared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Methods The IR spectra obtained from the three species of herbal medicines were compared. Results The result showed that there is a clear difference among the FLUOR spectra of three species of herbal medicines. Conclusion FLUOR spectra method can be used to differentiate Mongolian medicines.
