麦粒肿Ⅰ号胶囊治疗睑腺炎的疗效观察

Effect of Mailizhong ⅠCapsule on Hordeolum Patients

目的探讨麦粒肿Ⅰ号胶囊治疗睑腺炎患者的疗效。方法睑腺炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(28例),分别用麦粒肿Ⅰ号胶囊和头孢按苄胶囊,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的疗效相近(P>0.05)。结论麦粒肿Ⅰ号对睑腺炎有较好的疗效,可以替代目前常用抗生素的治疗方法。

Objective To examine the effect of Mailizhong Ⅰ Capsule on hordeolum patients. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups ,62 in the treated group（ Mailizhong Ⅰ Capsule）and 28 in the control group（ Cefalexin capsule）, then efficacy of both therapy on hordeolum were compared. Results The total effcctive rate in the treated group was 98.39%, it was similar to that in control group（96.43% ）. Conclusion Mailizhong Ⅰ Capsule has good effect on treating Hordeolum,it could be an effective candidate as a therapy to hordeolum instead of antibiotic therapy.
