摘要
目的:通过观察Pgp蛋白表达的细胞阳性率探讨乌头碱抗KBV200细胞耐药机制。方法:以免疫组化法,分别测定6.25μg/mL、12.5μg/mL乌头碱作用后的KBV200细胞Pgp蛋白阳性表达率。结果:对照组Pgp蛋白表达的阳性细胞为96%;而6.25μg/mL、12.5μg/mL乌头碱作用后Pgp蛋白表达的阳性细胞率分别为83%、30%。结论:乌头碱能够降低KBV200细胞Pgp蛋白高表达,部分逆转KBV200细胞耐药性。
Objective: To observe the Pgp protein expression rate to study the mechanism of myoctonine drug - resistance to KBwo cell line. Methods : Compared with control group , to determine Pgp protein expression rate of the KBV200 affected by myoctonine of 6. 251μg/mL,12.5μg,/mL. Results: Pgp protein expression rate of control group is 96%, but the rate of group of KBV200 affected by myoctonine of 6. 25μg/mL, 12.5μg/mL is 83% ,30% . Conclusion: Myoctonine can depress the Pgp protein expression rate of KBV200 cell line , and it can reverse the KBV200 cell drug - resistance partly .
