摘要
目的:确定活血排石方SFE-CO2的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用均匀设计,以挥发油提取率为考察指标,对影响SFE-CO2因素萃取压力(MP)、解析压力(MP)、萃取温度(℃)、解析温度(℃)、萃取时间(min)、流速(mL/min)6因素进行考察。结果:确定活血排石方CO2超临界萃取的最佳条件为萃取压力18MP、解析压力8MP、萃取温度50℃、解析温度26℃、萃取时间130min、流速14mL/min。结论:SFE-CO2具有萃取效率高、速度快、操作简便等优点,可用于活血排石方的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extracting process of SFE - CO2 of Huoxuepaishi. Methods : Uniform design was used to optimize six operational variables of SFE - CO2 ( extracting press, separating press, extracting time, flowing speed) , volatile oil is as evaluating criteria. Results: The optimized operational variables of SFE- CO2 were obtained as following: extracting press was 18MP, separatry press 8MP,extracting temperature 50℃, separating temperature 26℃, extracting time was 130 min, flowing speed was 14mL/min. Conclusion: SFE- CO2is rapid, convenient, and accurate,and can be used to extract Huoxuepaishi prescriprion.
