摘要
目的:观察KGTR颗粒体外抗流感病毒作用,为开发中药新药提供实验基础。方法:以5μg/mL病毒唑作为阳性对照药物,体外抗甲型和乙型流感病毒作用,观察药物及药物血清对流感病毒致细胞病变效应的抑制作用。结果:KGTR颗粒的最大无细胞毒性浓度为10mg/mL,抗甲型流感病毒的有效浓度为0.5mg/mL,抗乙型流感病毒的有效浓度为2mg/mL,可以抑制流感病毒在细胞中的增殖;药物血清显示良好的抗甲型流感病毒作用,而抗乙型流感病毒作用较弱。结论:KGTR颗粒具有明显的体外抗流感病毒作用,而且抗甲型流感病毒较抗乙型流感病毒效果更好。
Objective: To provide the experimental basis for exploiting new drug by observing the antiviral activities of KGTR Granules and the drug serum against influenza A and B virus in vitro. Methods : Observing the inhibitory effects of KGTR Granules and the drug serum on influenza A and B virus in cultured MDCK cell with 5μg/mL Ribavirin as the control drug , and inspecting the prevention of virus proliferation by KGTR Granules. Result: The maximum no - cytotoxicitic dosage of KGTR Granules on MDCK cell was 10mg/mL, and the minimal effective antiviral dosages Against Influenza A and B virus were 0.5mg/mL and 2mg/mL. The drug could prevent the virus proliferation in MDCK cell. The drug serum had better antiviral activity against influenza A virus than influenza B virus in vitro. Conclusion; KGTR Granules had distinct antiviral activity against influenza virus in vitro.
