薄层扫描法测定骨刺胶囊中士的宁含量

TLCS Assay of Strychnine in Guci Capsules

目的:建立骨刺胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法。结果:平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD=3.04%。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于该产品的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of strychnine in 100.6% GUCI CAPSULES. Methods： The content was determined by TLC -scanning. Results： The average recovery and RSD were 100.6% and 3.04% （n = 6） ,respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and the restdt is accurate,thus it may be used for the quality control of the products.
