摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定尼莫地平片的含量及有关物质的方法。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱，以甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min，检测波长为237nm;尼莫地平的浓度在16～82μg·ml^-1，范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9996，平均回收率为100．66％，RSD为0．7％（n=5）。本方法测定尼莫地平的含量及有关物质，分离效果好，结果准确。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of Nimodipine Tablets and related substances. A Kromasil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water （65 ： 35） and the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 The detecting wavelength was 237nm. There was a good linear relationship （r=0. 99996） when the concentration of nimodipine was 16-82μg · ml^-1 , the average recovery rate was 100.66% and RSD was 0.7% （n=5）. The method was accurate for determination of nimodipine content and related substances.
