本文指出新课程标准下的英语口语教学应该有明确的目标和指导实现这些目标的教学原则，以期为高中英语与大学英语口语教学合理有序地衔接起到一定的借鉴作用。

This paper points out that oral English teaching based on new curriculum is supposed to have definite objectives and teaching principles through which the objectives are realized, expecting to provide some valuable suggestions for the reasonable and effective link between middles schools and colleges in terms of oral English teaching.
