本文揭示了动作技术作为学科教育的知识特性,在此基础上分析动作技术学习中“技”与“艺”的辩证关系,一是动作技术学习功能多元化;二是动作技术学习目标个性化;三是动作技术学习效果整合化。

Based on the analysis of the subject characteristics of sports motion education, the dialectic relationship between the ＂skill＂ and ＂art＂ in sports motion learning was disclosed as following： diversity in learning functions, individuation in learning targets and integration in learning effects.
