摘要
印染厂以往的变频调速恒压供水(料)淋染设备,采用带有模入/模出的可编程控制器或PID调节器,PID算法编程难度大,设备成本高,调试困难。随着电力电子技术的发展,采用带有内置PID功能变频器的恒压供水染整设备,降低了设备成本,提高了生产效率和设备性价比,节省了安装调试时间。
The usual pouring and dyeing equipments supplying constant pressure water are adopted with PLC and PID with I/O. PID calculation and adjust running are difficult in addition that the equipments cost is high. With the development of electronics and electric power technology, pouring and dyeing equipments equipped with the inverter with PID function to supply constant pressure water can decrease equipments cost, also improve production efficiency and equipment performance to price ratio in addition to saving time in adjusting and fixing.
