摘要 本文通过不同牌号环氧树脂混配来制备树脂膜,考察了其流延性和成膜性,最终选定E-44与CYD-011质量比为1∶1的混配树脂成膜。加入704固化剂后混配树脂浇铸体弯曲强度可达108MPa,拉伸强度74MPa,力学性能优良,成膜性好,符合RFI工艺用树脂基体的要求。 In this paper the resin films are obtained by changing the types of resin and mixing ratio. The mixture of resin E44 and CYD-011 (1:1 in weight) is selected to fabricate the film after the study of its flow ability and film forming ability. Flexual strength of 108MPa and tensile strength of 74MPa have been achieved for the resin mixture cured by curing agent 704. The mechanical properties and film forming ability are all good to meet the requirements for the resin in RFI process.
