摘要
针对复杂曲面数据测量及曲面重构的要求,以玩具狗头为例,介绍使用三维激光扫描仪的自由曲面反求过程中产品点数据的处理方法,以及CAD模型的重构技术,分析了反求建模中存在的问题。实践表明,该建模方法可以得到满意的产品曲面模型。
The processing methed of data tested by laser scanner and reconstruction technology of CAD model in the reverse process of free-form surface were persented with toy of dog head as example. The problems appearing in reverse modeling were analyzed. The practice proved that satisified surface model could be obtained by using this modeling method.
