益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死38例疗效观察

Treatment of Cerebral Infaraction of Qi - Deficiency and Blood - Stasis Pattern by Yiqi Huoxue Fang: A Clinical Observation of 38 Cases

目的:观察益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:38例气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者均采用益气活血方 (处方:黄芪、川芎、地龙、桃仁、红花、赤芍、丹参、水蛭、全蝎)加减治疗。结果:基本痊愈15例,显著进步12例,进步7 例,无效4例,总有效率为89．5％。结论:益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang （YHF） for cerebral infaraction of qi - deficiency and blood-stasis pattern （CIQB）, Methods： 38 cases of CIQB were treated by modified YHF （composed of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Pheretima, Semen Persicae, Flos Carthami, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Hirudo and Scorpio）. Results： 15 cases were basically cured, 12 cases markedly improved, 7 cases improved and 4 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 89. 5%. Conclusion： YHF possesses marked effect for CIQB,
