Survivin及Fas基因在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义

The expression and significance of Survivin and Fas in 72 cases with transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder

目的探讨Survivin及Fas基因在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达程度与肿瘤分级、分期及复发的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测72例膀胱移行细胞癌、10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中Survivin及Fas基因的表达情况。分析Survivin和Fas基因表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分级、分期及复发的关系。结果Survivin基因表达率随肿瘤级别升高而增高,在浸润性膀胱癌(T2～T4)及复发性膀胱癌中的表达显著增高。Fas基因表达率随肿瘤级别的升高而降低,在复发性膀胱癌中明显下降。结论Survivin基因与Fas基因的相互作用可能在膀胱癌的发展与侵袭中起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the Survivin and Fas gene expression in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and to evaluate the relationship between gene expression level and tumor grade, pathological stage, recurrence of BTCC. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin sections were performed in 72 BTCC and 10 normal bladder mucosas to detect the expression of Survivin and Fas.The relationships among the expression of Survivin and Fas, tumor grade, pathological stage, recurrence of BTCC were analyzed. Results Survivin expression was found in tumor cells but not in normal bladder tissues. Survivin expression rate was elevated as the grade stage increased in BTCC. The positive rate was increased significantly in invasive tumors （T2-T4） and recurrent BTCC. Fas expression rate was decreased as the grade stage increased in BTCC. The positive rate was decreased obviously in recurrent BTCC. Conclusions The interaction of Survivin and Fas may play an important role in the progression and invasiveness of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
