双环戊二烯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的研究 被引量:9

摘要 探讨了双环戊二烯(DCPD)改性不饱和聚酯树脂的各种影响因素及合成主要工艺条件,确定的最佳反应条件为:n(DCPD):n(总酸)=0.1-0.25:1,催化剂的加入量为0.10%~0.15%,滴加DCPD时聚酯的酸值在40~55mg/g,封端温度控制在125—135℃,加成时间为2h,苯乙烯的加入量在30%-35%。应用上述工艺条件合成的树脂具有良好的气干性、柔韧性。 The influencing factors and main technological conditions for synthesis Of dicyclopentadiene-modified polyester resin were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:the molar ratio between DCPD and total acid was 0. 1 - 0. 25:1 ,the dosage of catalyst was 0. 10% -0. 15% , the acid number of polyester during dropping DCPD was 40 - 55mg/g, the temperature for capping end groups was 125 - 135℃ , and the addition time was 2h,the dosage of styrene was 30% - 35%. Under the optimum reaction conditions the modified unsaturated polyester resin has good air-drying property and better flexibility.
