摘要
彩色滤波膜、透明导电膜、表面稳定的铁电液晶取向膜等构成了彩色铁电液晶显示器的主要材料。文章论述了彩色铁电液晶显示器的制造和性能。制出的铁电液晶显示器，其对比度达８４：１，上升时间为１１０μｓ，下降时间为７６μｓ。
The main materials,Which constitute color ferroelectric liquid crystal display( FLCD),include the color fliter,transparent conductive oxides(TCO),alignment films of surface stabilized ferroelectric crystal and so on. The fabrication and properties of FLCD are presented.The contrast of fabricated FLCD is 84:1,its rime time is 110μs,fall time 76μs.
