摘要
在役管道不停输焊接是在一定的输量、流速、压力的状态下焊接管件,对管道进行维修、改造的一种方法。主要分析了管道焊接时烧穿管壁的各种影响因素,着重阐述了焊接参数对管线熔深的影响,得出了最佳焊接规范,达到了防止烧穿管壁的效果。
In service pipeline non-stop transmission welding is a method to maintenance and rebuild pipeline under welding pipe of certain transmission amount,flow speed,pressure status.All effecting factor of burn through wall thickness of pipeline during welding is mainly analyzed and highlighted the effect of welding parameter to pipeline fusion depth and obtained the best welding specification to reach the results of preventing burn through wall thickness.
