摘要 介绍了一种新的冶金结合复合钢管制造工艺及工业应用情况。该制造工艺采用不锈钢薄钢带连续自动成型焊接成不锈钢焊管作覆层管,通过在覆层管和碳钢基管间放置钎料,在惰性气体保护下,经连续感应加热复合而成。该工艺可使不锈钢覆层很薄,从而降低材料成本。性能检测及工业应用表明,该复合管各项性能指标达到了美国API 5LD规范要求,且经济效益和社会效益显著。 A new manufacture process and application instance of metallurgy integrated complex steel pipe is introduced.The manufacture process adopts stainless steel thin strip continually automatic forming and welding to stainless welded pipe as cladding pipe.Through cladding pipe and carbon steel base pipe to deposit braze and under inert gases shielding,through continuously induction heated compound as cladding pipe.The process makes stainless steel cladding very thin to reduce material cost.Property inspection and industry application shows each property target of cladding pipe reaches the requirement of API 5LD specification and has good economic benefit and social benefit.
