简述了直缝埋弧焊管生产线用在线钢板探伤机的设计思想,重点介绍其机械构成及探伤工作原理,并对探头在钢板上的行走轨迹进行了理论分析,指出了探伤操作注意事项及控制过程的实现。
Design idea of on line plate ultrasonic tester for longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe production line is described.Its mechanical structure and testing work principle is highlighted.Theoretical analyses probe stepped track on plate and points out testing operation notice and realization of control process.
