摘要
针对气体计量仪表只能测量出气体在工况温度和压力下的气体体积,而人工将工况气体体积转换成基准条件下的标准体积,计算量繁重,且不具备实时性,因此不能精确得出结果这一问题,提出了流量计算机。以E lster流量计算机为例,介绍了涡轮流量计与流量计算机为主构成的天然气计量系统在西气东输工程中的应用以及使用情况。结果表明:该流量计的故障率很低,具有较高的可靠性。
Against the problem of gas flow metering instrument, i. e. , it can only be used to measure volume of gas under operating temperature and pressure, and heavy work of calculations have to be taken if manually convert into standard volume under reference conditions, and real time feature and high accuracy can not be provided, thus a flow computer is proposed. With Elster flow computer as example, the natural gas metering system composed of turbine flow meter and flow computer and its application in West-East Gas Line project are introduced. The results show that the system features high reliability and low fault rate.
