摘要
报道在激光打标中采用平凹稳定腔与平凸非稳腔激光器,工作面位置、成象的清晰深度与透镜焦距、掩膜位置的关系。
This paper deals with the relations of marking work-surface location and distinct depth of image with lens focus and mask location in laser marking device using a plane - concave and plane-convex cavity. The results have a guilting significance for selecting optical parameters to improve marking quality.
