摘要
针对正交车铣的最大切削效率问题,确定切削速度、轴向进给量、工件转速为正交车铣的切削用量优化设计变量,建立相应的切削用量优化设计目标函数。并根据实际切削过程中工艺参数和加工要求,建立约束条件方程,采用Matlab数学软件的序列二次规划法(SQP)获得正交车铣切削用量的最佳选择。
Aimed at maximal cutting efficiency of orthogonal turn-milling, the cutting speed, the axial feed rate and the work pieces rotate speed are confirmed as optimization variablw of orthogonal turn-milling cutting regimes. Considering practice orthogohal turn-milling process and machining demand, the restrict equations are erected synthetically. The optimal selection of orthogonal turn-milling cutting regimes is obtained by using the method of sequence quadratic prngramming (SQP) in math application software Matlab.
