摘要
基于CNC齿轮测量中心的测量方式,分析了蜗轮齿侧形貌的测量原理,确定了测量的运动控制策略和齿侧形貌的评定、表达方法,用VC++6·0编写了蜗轮齿侧形貌测量软件,给出了测量实例。
Based on using CNC gear measuring center, the principle of measuring flank topography of worm wheel is analyzed, the control strategy of measuring movements and the algorithm of evaluating and expressing the flank topography are formulated, and a measurement software for flank topography of worm wheal is programmed with VC + + 6.0. A measuring example is given.
